Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, you may not be able to cancel your order.

In order to cancel an order, the cancellation must be communicated in writing via email, via the "Contact Us" form posted on the website, or by contacting customer service by phone. The request must include details of the order, such as the order number and the customer's name.

Refund Policy
If a cancellation request is made within the allowed cancellation period and the order is subject to cancellation, the customer will be eligible for a refund. After confirming the cancellation of the order, the full amount of funds will be refunded to you within 1 to 3 days depending on your payment method.

Partial Cancellations
In cases where an order contains multiple items, it may be possible to cancel specific items while keeping others. In this case, when contacting our support team, indicate which specific items on the order you want to cancel. The full amount of the cancelled items will be refunded to you within 1-3 days depending on the method of payment.
